Minute Wars Prohibited Items Policy

1. Illegal, Stolen, or Unauthorized Goods

• Stolen goods
• Goods obtained through fraud
• Items the seller does not legally own or have the right to sell
• Items that violate federal, state, local, or international law
• Items that require a license, permit, registration, or special approval that the seller does not have
• Items used to commit fraud, theft, identity theft, or unauthorized access
• Items with removed, altered, or obscured serial numbers, VINs, IMEIs, service tags, or identifying marks

2. Counterfeit, Replica, and Intellectual Property Violations

• Counterfeit goods
• Fake designer goods
• Unauthorized replicas
• Knockoff products
• Bootleg merchandise
• Pirated media
• Unauthorized digital copies
• Items that infringe trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights
• Products using another brand's logo, packaging, or name without authorization
• "Replica," "dupe," or "inspired by" items that may confuse buyers or violate brand rights

3. Weapons, Firearms, Ammunition, and Explosives

• Firearms
• Firearm parts
• Ammunition
• Magazines
• Gunpowder or reloading materials
• Explosives
• Fireworks
• Grenades or destructive devices
• Silencers or suppressors
• Ghost gun kits
• 3D-printed gun files or parts
• Firearm conversion devices
• Tactical weapons or restricted weapon accessories
• Switchblades, ballistic knives, brass knuckles, tasers, stun guns, or other restricted weapons
• Any item primarily designed to injure another person

Minute Wars may also restrict certain knives, archery items, air guns, paintball equipment, or self-defense items depending on legal, payment, or shipping risk.

4. Drugs, Controlled Substances, and Drug-Related Items

• Illegal drugs
• Controlled substances
• Recreational drugs
• Marijuana, THC, cannabis, or cannabis-derived products where restricted by payment processor rules or applicable law
• CBD products unless specifically approved by Minute Wars and the payment processor
• Drug paraphernalia
• Products used to manufacture, consume, conceal, or distribute illegal drugs
• Prescription drugs
• Prescription medical devices
• Steroids or controlled performance-enhancing substances
• Substances marketed to bypass drug tests

5. Alcohol, Tobacco, Nicotine, and Regulated Consumables

These are prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Minute Wars:

• Alcohol, liquor, wine, and beer
• Tobacco products, cigarettes, and cigars
• Vapes, e-cigarettes, nicotine pouches, and nicotine liquids
• Hookah products
• Age-restricted consumables
• Products requiring age verification, special licensing, or restricted shipping

6. Recalled, Unsafe, or Non-Compliant Products

• Recalled products
• Products subject to a safety warning, stop-sale notice, or product ban
• Items that fail applicable safety standards
• Unsafe children's products
• Unsafe baby products
• Expired car seats
• Cribs, bassinets, strollers, toys, or child restraints that do not meet current safety requirements
• Defective electrical products
• Products with fake or misleading safety labels
• Items missing required warnings, labels, instructions, or certifications
• Items modified in a way that creates a safety hazard

Sellers are responsible for checking whether an item has been recalled before listing it.

7. Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Goods

• Toxic substances
• Radioactive materials
• Flammable or combustible materials
• Corrosive chemicals
• Industrial chemicals
• Regulated pesticides
• Poisons
• Biological agents
• Infectious materials
• Hazardous batteries or damaged lithium batteries
• Pressurized containers where shipment is restricted
• Any item that cannot be legally or safely shipped through common carriers

8. Medical, Health, and Body-Related Items

• Prescription medication
• Prescription medical devices
• Used medical devices that pose health or safety risk
• Human body parts or remains
• Bodily fluids, organs, blood, or human tissue
• Used personal medical items
• Items marketed with unapproved medical claims
• Products claiming to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease without required approval

Minute Wars may restrict medical equipment, supplements, health products, and wellness products depending on legal, payment, or safety risk.

9. Food, Supplements, Cosmetics, and Perishables

These are prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Minute Wars:

• Perishable, homemade, opened, or expired food
• Baby formula
• Dietary supplements, herbal supplements, and weight-loss products
• Products with unverified health claims
• Opened or used cosmetics
• Products with missing ingredient labels
• Products requiring temperature control or special handling

10. Adult, Sexual, or Explicit Items

• Pornographic material
• Sexually explicit content
• Adult sexual products
• Used intimate items
• Sexual services
• Items involving exploitation, coercion, or non-consensual content
• Content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context

Minute Wars may restrict mature-themed collectibles or artwork at its discretion.

11. Hate, Violence, Extremism, and Harassment

• Items promoting hate, violence, terrorism, or extremist groups
• Nazi, white supremacist, terrorist, or extremist propaganda
• Items encouraging violence or self-harm
• Items celebrating real-world tragedies, mass violence, or hate crimes
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive content
• Items designed to intimidate or target protected groups

Historical items may still be removed if they promote, glorify, or profit from hate, violence, or extremist activity.

12. Financial Products, Gift Cards, and Stored Value

These are prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Minute Wars:

• Cash, currency exchanges, cryptocurrency, or tokens/coins with monetary value
• Securities, stocks, bonds, or investment products
• Lottery tickets, raffle entries, or gambling products
• Gift cards, prepaid cards, store credits, or coupons with transfer restrictions
• Financial accounts, bank accounts, credit cards, or payment accounts

Minute Wars reward bags and buyer premium discounts have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for money.

13. Digital Goods, Accounts, and Access

These are prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Minute Wars:

• Login credentials
• Social media, gaming, streaming, hacked, or subscription accounts
• Software keys and download codes
• Digital goods that cannot be verified
• Unauthorized access tools, malware, spyware, hacking tools, and phishing kits
• Stolen databases
• Personal information or data

14. Animals, Wildlife, and Environmental Restrictions

• Live animals
• Animal parts from protected species
• Ivory
• Endangered species products
• Fur, skins, bones, feathers, or other wildlife products where restricted
• Illegal plants, seeds, or agricultural products
• Products restricted by environmental, wildlife, or import/export law

15. Government, Military, and Identification Items

• Government IDs, passports, driver's licenses, birth certificates, Social Security cards, or military IDs
• Police badges or official uniforms that could be used for impersonation
• Government documents
• License plates where restricted
• Classified, controlled, or restricted military items
• Law enforcement equipment where restricted

Collectible military surplus may be restricted or removed depending on legality, safety, export controls, and platform risk.

16. Vehicles, Titles, and Regulated Property

These are prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Minute Wars:

• Motor vehicles, boats, or aircraft
• Vehicle titles
• Real estate and timeshares
• Regulated property transfers
• Items requiring notarized transfer, title transfer, registration, inspection, or special legal paperwork

17. Event Tickets and Restricted Admissions

These are prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Minute Wars:

• Event, concert, sports, theme park, airline, or travel tickets
• Hotel bookings
• Tickets or passes restricted by resale rules

18. Services

Minute Wars is currently intended for physical goods unless otherwise approved. Personal, repair, financial, legal, medical, adult, high-risk, licensed, or unverifiable services are prohibited unless specifically approved in writing.

19. Misleading Listings and Manipulated Items

• Mystery boxes that hide the true value or contents unless specifically approved
• Listings using stock photos only when actual photos are required
• Listings that misrepresent condition, brand, authenticity, size, model, quantity, or included accessories
• Items with hidden damage
• Items advertised as working when not tested or defective
• Listings designed to trick buyers
• Listings with fake scarcity, fake retail prices, or fake authenticity claims

20. Shipping-Restricted Items

• Items prohibited by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers
• Items requiring special handling that the seller cannot provide
• Items requiring hazmat certification
• Items restricted by destination state or country
• Items likely to leak, break, explode, spoil, or create safety risk during shipment

21. Minute Wars Discretion

Minute Wars may remove or restrict any listing at any time if we believe the item creates legal, safety, payment, fraud, reputational, operational, or user-trust risk. A listing may be removed even if the item is not specifically named in this policy.

22. Enforcement

• Remove the listing
• Cancel the auction
• Refund the buyer
• Hold seller payout
• Reverse seller transfer where supported
• Suspend or terminate the seller account
• Restrict future selling
• Report activity to payment processors, shipping carriers, law enforcement, or regulators where appropriate

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account termination.

By submitting an item, you confirm that it is legal to sell, accurately described, not counterfeit, not stolen, not recalled, not hazardous, and not prohibited by Minute Wars policy.
