Minute Wars Trust & Safety Policy

1. Auction Integrity

We may monitor bids, pre-bids, accounts, devices, payment activity, and auction behavior to detect fraud, manipulation, bots, collusion, shill bidding, duplicate accounts, and suspicious activity.

Minute Wars may cancel bids, void auction results, restrict accounts, or suspend users when needed to protect marketplace integrity.

2. Pre-Bid Integrity

Items need at least one pre-bid to enter the live auction. Items with no pre-bids may be skipped and returned to the queue. Pre-bids are bid commitments and may be used to establish the opening bid when an item goes live.

3. Prohibited Items

Sellers may not list items that are illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, recalled, infringing, misleading, or prohibited by Minute Wars.

Minute Wars may remove listings at any time.

4. Seller Standards

Sellers must:

• Accurately describe items
• Use truthful photos
• Disclose condition and defects
• Ship the correct item
• Ship on time
• Provide tracking where required
• Respond to support and dispute requests
• Follow all marketplace rules

5. Buyer Standards

Buyers must:

• Bid only when they intend to buy
• Pay for winning auctions
• Keep payment and shipping information current
• Avoid abusive refund or chargeback behavior
• Communicate honestly during disputes

6. Reporting Problems

Users may report suspicious listings, suspicious sellers, prohibited items, fraud, non-shipment, counterfeit items, or other marketplace concerns by contacting support@minutewars.com.

7. Account Actions

Minute Wars may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud risk, legal risk, non-payment, seller non-performance, abusive disputes, or other harmful conduct.

8. High-Volume Seller Compliance

Minute Wars may require additional information from sellers, including identity, business, tax, contact, and transaction information. Sellers who do not provide required information may be restricted or suspended.

9. Safety Reviews

Minute Wars may delay auctions, payments, refunds, seller payouts, or account activity while a safety, fraud, payment, or dispute review is pending.
